Javier is an independent strategic consultant and growth specialist for the online marketplaces industry. He has traveled and worked in more than 25 countries around the world in various sectors and speaks 5 languages. He is a tireless traveler, foodie, wine and music enthusiast.

He is an entrepreneur and investor in various digital start-ups and real estate projects. He has participated in numerous conferences and events as international speaker.

From 2019 to 2021 he served as chief Revenue Officer for Frontier Digital Ventures leading marketplace in Central America Encuentra24. Prior to that he was a partner and member of the Mitula Group where he contributed to converting it into a leading company in digital classifieds with over 200 million visits a month and $60M in revenue.

Javier is married with three daughters and two cats and leaves in the Pacific coast in Costa Rica.
