CoStar is a global leader in commercial and residential real estate data and marketing.  Formed 37 years ago, they own CoStar, LoopNet, Ten-X, Apartments.com and Homes.com in the US.  More recently they have branched out to the European markets by acquiring several assets in France, Germany, and Spain.
